This park is used mostly by locals. Yet, we think it has a little bit for everyone.
If you’re into sports, it has a tennis complex (17 courts), a baseball stadium, a basketball court, handball and racquetball courts, a softball field, a football field, a soccer field, a running track and a swimming pool (more on that below).
For the kids there’s a regular playground and a water playground.
If you like taking a walk around and people watching, this is a good one too.
So, basically, if you’d like to get away from the noisy streets and surround yourself by a little bit of nature, if you like swimming or playing sports, or if you have kids and wish to take them to a nice playground, the Flamingo Park is worth checking out.
