If you’d like to spend the day at a pool and have a car, don’t think it twice. Go to the Venetian Pool and mark our words: you’ll love it.
This vintage pool looks like it belongs in a Mediterranean villa, or in Venice itself. Really fancy, it’s carved out of coral, has a Venatian-style bridge, caves, two waterfalls, and two lookout towers. It’s the largest freshwater pool in the United States. It even has a sandy area for those who like laying under the sun.
Visitng the Venetian Pool is a luxurious experience, yet the entrance costs only $13.

P.S.: If you think you’ll like this, we’re sure you’ll love the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens too.
